Life

Recent graduate from Oakland University! Currently working part-time while looking for roles in web development or software engineering. In the meantime, I'm planning to spend a lot of time upskilling, learning various web development technologies within the coming months. Specifically targeting containerization, microservices, and staying up to date with the latest React and Next.js features.

Building

• Redesigning my main website.
• Redesigning The Archives. Finally re-implementing the Projects page.
• Continued development on Precision Input Components.
• Upskilling with Docker, Redis, BullMQ

Media

Watching more seasonal anime, currently 21 seasons I think? A lot of good stuff this year so far, highly recommend: Sentenced to Be a Hero, Journal with Witch, and Witch Hat Atelier.

Recently found another awesome folk metal band: Folkrim. Highly reminiscent of Ensiferum, maybe because they are both from Finland.

Gaming

Continuing to play Sound Voltex. Recently have been getting more comfortable with better scores on high 17s and have been trying a number of 18's.

Started a GregTech: New Horizons server with a couple of friends. Decent progresssion so far, learning new things even as an experienced modded player.

Quit competitive gaming (for the most part). Too much of a time sink and not good for the mental. I'll casually play Rocket League occasionally, but gone are the days of grinding ranked ladders.
